From developer to manager to founder: key lessons, shifts, and challenges [SR]

I will share experiences, lessons learned, and unexpected challenges I encountered along the path from a full-stack developer with a “hobby project,” through management, to company founder. I will discuss how the mindset changes when you stop writing code and start leading people, why delegation is harder than it looks, and the mistakes I made along the way—including the ones I would make all over again.
